This past week, the trainee program for 2023/2024 at Ballet Magnificat began! It was a wonderful week of learning more about Ballet Magnificat, how it began and what we will be doing in the coming year!
It has been hugely inspirational to hear first hand from Keith and Kathy Thibodeaux about the beginnings of Ballet Magnificat and their journey in following the call of God on their life to pursue what we now know of as Ballet Magnificat!
I am in Trainee level 2 and loved beginning classes and already learning repertoire for a coming performance in September.
It has been an adjustment to get used to being in the studio again everyday after a couple years off from full-time training/performing! But I am loving being in the studio, starting each day with praise and worship and being in a joyfilled environment to Magnify the name of the Lord through dance!
I can't wait to see what the coming weeks will bring!
